Description
Looking for SAP CX expert/consultant who will work at the client location.
He/she will be single point of contact with the customer and the support/development team which will mostly be located at the offshore.
He/she will need to understand the requirements,
come up with designs if required and represent Company in discussion at the client location.
He/she will assist in understand the issues, triaging, discussing it with client business/IT teams and in parallel get it resolved from offshore.
He/she will be a key role in the project.
Requirements
* Should be able to understand Hybris technology, Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MySQL/Oracle
* Should be able to understand and discuss the business requirements with business users.
* Should be able to provide technical solution, guidance.
* Should be able to do design, coding, debugging and triaging the issues.
* Should be able to communicate with Business as well as technical team at offshore, India.
* Should be a self-starter and help business in taking right decisions.
* Should understand support process – L2/L3 and working with remotely located teams.
* Experience in tools like JIRA, Service Now etc.
