Must have excellent SAP CRM working/configuration experience(Mandatory),specifically on SAP CRM Marketing module
Certification in the latest version is an added advantage and nice to have
Min 8 Yrs with at least 2-4 end to end implementations of SAP in a market on global /multi-country roll out programmes, including stabilization and post go-live support.(Mandatory)
High level of knowledge of the SAP CRM processes related to trade promotions, in particular Funds Management (TFM), Trade Promotions (TPM) and Trade Claims (TCM) from both a process and configuration perspective.
A good knowledge of how BI/APO supports the process and an understanding of the integration into O2C is required. Knowledge of BPS would be an advantage.
The role requires a good understanding BW, APO and O2C integration.
